The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a Manager of Corporate Development to join our finance team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As Manager of Corporate Development, you will assist with a comprehensive range of corporate development efforts for acquisition analysis, strategic planning, investment committee process, project management, and corporate development pipeline tracking.
This role will be remote, with travel.

Responsibilities
- Oversee identification of opportunities through investment committee approval and closing.
- Assist with ongoing strategic planning efforts such as identification and tracking of opportunities, coordinating business unit level planning, and providing support to business-level financial analysis and planning.
- Work to enhance and refine the investment committee process, update financial underwriting criteria and approach, achieve modeling standardization, document investment strategies by the subsidiary, and update leverage, funding, and assumptions.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze the acquisition of investments within the hospitality, food and beverage, hotel, lodging, and casino environments.

Prepare analysis of acquisition opportunities and related financial due diligence. - Recommend metrics for program and policy reviews and audits.
- Five or more years of experience with financial analysis, modeling, and other corporate development-related work.
- Strong financial skills demonstrating financial and business acumen.
- Proficient with financial modeling software and with Microsoft Office 365.
- Project management proficiency, strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analysis skills.

Ability to manage through complex business and operational challenges. - Bachelor of Arts or advanced degree is required.
