Clinical Recruiter Position Description: Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. ?Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry. Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates. Experience Level: 3 years. Skill Set: Full life-cycle recruitment experience. Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
Interview Process: 2 interviews. First with Kim Barnes and then top candidates will be interviewed by Wendy Sutherland
Remote Role (Must be in KP REGION, if they wish to be converted)

Required Education Level Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field and Minimum Two (2) years health care recruitment experience sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for clinical positions.
Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have:
High volume clinical recruitment experience
Skilled at sourcing for hart to fill positions
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent customer service
Ability to work with complex systems and compliance
Additional Skills Preferred
(Not Required) Inpatient Staff RN recruitment experience highly desired.
Any specific system requirement or knowledge? Experience working in Taleo or other applicant tracking system required
