Assembly Technician (1st and 2nd Shift)



Job Description

Position Description:
 Assemble actuators to print using various types of power and hand tools.


Primary Objectives:
 Responsible for Quality of parts assembled in a timely manner
 Responsible for daily assembly of work in adherence to the quality management system


Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the assembly of actuators
 Final assembly Inspection of parts
 Complete pressure testing of parts
 Following safety procedures
 Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc)
 Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping…etc


Qualifications:
 Mechanical assembly experience in a related industry (preferred)
 Fluid power technology degree (preferred)
 Experience using various hand and power tools (hydraulic presses…etc)
 Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
 Strong math and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
 Comfortable using various computer software
 Ability to use and read measuring equipment
 Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
 Good verbal and written communication skills
