Scenario Developer and/or Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Planner in the Scenario/MSEL Exercise/Event Design Section. Prepares the Scenario and/or MSEL for joint/combined Joint Staff J7 supported exercises/events. In coordination with supported military customers and the Joint Exercise Support Team performs duties as Scenario and/or MSEL Planner during exercise/event planning and execution. Responsibilities include preparation and delivery of Task Order tasks/products for Scenario and/or MSEL. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Minimum Job Requirements • BS/BA degree • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in military operations to include experience in the conduct of training • Working knowledge of JTIMS JMSEL • Have the ability to: prepare and conduct seminars/work groups; conduct training in large and small groups; conduct post exercise analysis • Three (3) years’ experience in the joint or service planning process • Must be able to travel.
