Senior Program Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Alpharetta, GA.Summary:
The client is looking for a very experienced Senior Program Manager to help us transform our E2E processes, technology, and organization as it pertains to our Supporting Organizations (SOs). In this role you will have an opportunity for tremendous impact, as we are completely re-imagining and re-engineering how we better support our SOs and their stakeholders. You will also have a big part in our overall engineering efforts as we redesign and build out our new E2E software and data platform that will run all the companies' ministries for the next 10+ years (particularly as any pertain to Supporting Organizations). This role requires someone that has great program and project management skills, including experience with finance and accounting that can help design and implement solutions to optimize people, process, and technology across many stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, or related field (with coursework and/or equivalent experience in finance and accounting)
- 8+ years of work experience in program management, process management, process improvement or equivalent experience
- Strong accounting background, particularly nonprofit accounting
- Experience with common process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, data management and/or financial services systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines
- Flexibility to adapt/adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, be decisive, and provide leadership when needed
- Outstanding writing, organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Ability to foster teamwork, including effective collaboration between business and technical team members, and between employees, consultants, and vendors
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and ability to drive solution adoption across an organization
- Proven success in leading medium to large scale projects and achieving results in midst of ambiguity and across multiple organizations
- Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes combined with a -sense of urgency- to develop solutions
- Preferred Certifications: PMP, Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or Prosci
