We are looking for client advocates to build lasting relationships with our customers to maintain a high retention rate. As a CSR, you will utilize existing company systems to onboard new accounts while managing existing ones across our multiple lines of business including personal, commercial, and life/health lines. Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide amazing customer service
- Take ownership of an inquiry, issue, problem, or error that could potentially impact the policyholder and determine the appropriate course of action
- Field questions pertaining to an existing insurance policy and determine the appropriate course of action
- Serve as the Initial point of contact after the sale of the policy
- Answer policy-level coverage questions, cancellation requests, update customer profiles, process billing adjustments/drafts, and refunds
Requirements
- Strong team player, dedicated to customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to remain focused in a busy office space
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and results orientation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Property & Casualty or Life/Health/Accident insurance license preferred
