SharePoint Administrator
The SharePoint Administrator role will be responsible for collaborating with Marketing stakeholders to understand KPIs and recommend corresponding measurement plan across all digital channels. Responsibilities to include tracking and reporting against performance of all digital marketing efforts around revenue, acquisition, customer engagement/retention and lead generation. Design, build and maintain reports, dashboards and analysis that are distributed to key stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly). Work with marketing stakeholders to ensure proper tracking and attribution on all tests and campaigns. Suggest and develop processes and methodologies to automate reporting, where possible, to improve efficiency. Monitor and track competitive and industry trends, making recommendations where appropriate while balancing deep dive reporting with ad hoc requests
Job Responsibilities
- Build and drive the analytics teams to identify the key drivers of engagement and identify actionable insights from customer data to continually improve CRM efforts at every touchpoint.
- Turn business issues into the right research questions and to set analytics/insights roadmap; pursue and guide the best research approach including qualitative and quantitative insight. Compile, analyze, and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to marketing, product, technology, and executive leadership.
- Own the test and learn process we use for exploratory data analysis and A/B testing. This includes helping stakeholders decide on testing strategy, generating baselines, approximating sample sizes, and performing analysis of test results
- Drive analytical projects to improve return on ad spend and maximize customer lifetime value across the marketing organization.
- Champion advanced attribution methods to improve ROI; develop and refine segmentation and personalization strategies to drive revenue generation.
- Ability to analyze both structured and unstructured data and turn them into insights
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data from digital marketing channels such as email, display, affiliate, search, social and mobile
- Knowledge of digital marketing acquisition, conversion, and customer retention metrics and best practices
Job Requirements
- BA/ BS Degree or equivalent with a business, marketing concentration
- CPG or beverage knowledge a plus, but not required
- Experience in digital marketing or digital analytics
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studios or other data visualization and dashboarding tools.
- Basic understanding of web, email, and app analytics methods, such as tracking pixels, parameters and tag managers.
- Interest or some experience in digital media or online publishing.
- Some exposure to data APIs, SQL databases, and programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to handle a high-volume workload
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional team as an independent self-starter
- Ability to develop strong relationships and effectively communicate externally and internally in written and oral form.
