Customer Service Representative

dco of Ohio is a 50 year old distributor of industrial packaging in Dayton Ohio. We are looking for a customer service representative to work with customers and vendors.

Duties

• Prepare quotes for customers
• Request estimates and place orders with vendors
• Enter customer orders
• Troubleshoot customer order issues
• Work with warehouse and accounting staff
• Willingness to carry out other office tasks

Experience

• 2-3 years customer service
• Good communications skills both written and oral
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and/or Sage 100 helpful
• Ability to multi task
• Must be able to supply references
