At Bickford, everything we do revolves around our residents’ happiness by meeting their specific Core Needs. The Dishwasher position is primarily responsible for the cleanliness of tableware and dish machine area.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule
• Maintain kitchen and dining room to meet regulatory requirements and Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness
• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience

Qualifications:

- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
