With over 81 home Major League Baseball games, 16 concert series planned, and a 5,000-person capacity music hall opening next door in August, there's no doubt they'll be plenty of action at our location. With 4 years of being open we have been one of the top destinations for nightlife in the Fenway area as well as drawing in pre and post Major League Baseball & concert crowds. Essential Responsibilities:

The Food Runner's duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Greets guests with a smile and a friendly greeting
• Ensures that the food is delivered from the kitchen to the guests' table timely and accurately
• Maintains the company's food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinates food orders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
• Assists other front of house employees with any guest orders or requests
• Anticipates guest's needs such as drink refills, table bussing, etc.
• Completes side work such as: rolling silverware, replenishing condiments, cleaning menus, etc.
• Demonstrates menu knowledge and uses the knowledge to enthusiastically make recommendations about menu items, entertainment options in the venue, future parties, etc.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous food runner experience, preferably in a fast pace and full-service restaurant/bar or entertainment venue, but not required
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Enthusiastic, outgoing and cheerful!!
• Passionate about guest service and hospitality
