Customer Service Representative- PART TIME- TEMP

We are a rapidly expanding retail/wholesale distribution company looking for a part-time/temp-hire Customer Service Representative to contribute to our Customer Service Team.

Normal Shift is 9:30am - 2:30pm. Occasional additional hours is available.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Ability to cope with stressful situations patiently and calmly
• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Zendesk preferred
• Experience with ShipRush and/or ShipStation a plus
• Experience with Shopify admin a plus
• Experience using Google Sheets and Docs a must

Duties Include:

• Answering phones
• Responding to emails
• Regularly updating customer service tickets in ZenDesk
• Communicating clearly with operations and ownership to resolve customer complaints
• Updating tracking sheets in Excel and Google Sheets
