Senior Director Strategic Implementation and Partnerships - Remote

Realogy Title Group (RTG) is a growing national title insurance and settlement services provider that provides top quality service to all parties to the real estate transaction. RTG has established a new strategic focus on the creation and management of joint venture relationships with Realogy's franchise affiliates. This high-visibility role will play a key role in driving growth across multiple Realogy teams and business units.

This is a remote position that will be done from a home office with some travel required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Joint Venture (JV) Implementation & Planning: Lead and supervise team of three project managers handling all JV implementations; ensure launches are smooth and positive experience for brokers and internal teams. Perform on the work plan and processes for efficiency & impact.

  • Program Design: Own the experience/value proposition of the title JV offering with customer feedback from brokers, agents, and Realogy Franchise Group/Realogy Title Group (RTG).

  • Relationship Management (Leadership Level): Partner with broker leadership, RTG Presidents to maintain relationship, input, and concerns during the implementation phase. Transition primary accountability to field leadership at launch day; support brokers & field agent awareness through strategic check-ins through year one.

  • Strategic Plan & Experience Innovation: Play leadership role in launch to ensure design/business plan is aligned with a tech-first, office-light approach. Partner with senior leadership and Product/Tech on thinking and rethinking how to build new, simple + tech forward title experiences and processes.

  • Agent Awareness Playbook: Coordinate with RTG Marketing & Coldwell Banker Realty teams to build "awareness in a box" for participating brokers including playbook, marketing materials, and tech implementations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.

  • 5+ years of proven track record in strategic implementation roles (no title/mortgage experience required).

  • Experience in thoughtful leadership of both direct and cross-functional remote teams.

  • Especially strong critical thinking and analysis skills a must.

  • Familiarity with program ownership, including data-driven iteration on value proposition and communications across Anywhere Real Estate leadership.

  • Ability to work independently, including analyzing and proposing changes in strategy, tools, and structure.
