Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and maintains ERP daily to manage production schedule
• Manage purchase order process including creating PO's and updating vendors and suppliers accordingly
• Schedules work orders for production to ensure demands are met
• Responsible for managing both internal and external relationships ensuring accuracy of deliveries
• Coordinate schedule and materials needed for outsourcing projects.
• Responsible for material costs calculations and budgets
• Responsible for forecasting and planning designated commodities
• Partner with other Planners, Customer Service Representatives, and SCM to establish and maintain vendor relationships
• Serve as key player in RFQs for parts, material, and process changes
• Manage material flow and monitor production schedule ensuring efficiency and timelines are met

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment (ie: purchasing, planning, or scheduling)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering disciplines preferred
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Skilled in JD Edwards or other ERP systems
• Experience in paper or printing industry is a plus
