App Administrator Duties
While not an exhaustive list, these are the types of activities performed by the administrator.
* Set up administrator accounts and roles in App Center - making sure each user has the permissions they need to perform their role(s); this can be changed as roles and/or personnel change
* Configure services and data sources - making sure that data sources are properly configured for use by the various parts of the application
* Configure locations and persona - making sure that locations are properly defined, that each persona within a location is properly configured, and that the home screen and navigation for each persona is properly configured; in addition, ensuring that the proper on boarding flow for new users is correctly defined

* Perform import/export activities - for various app components in Create
App Administrator Skills
While there are very few technical skills needed, here's a general list of skills I want the administrator to have:
* Familiarity with App Center and its tools (Create, Communicate, Analyze, Native App Builder, etc.)
* Familiarity with managing app processes - having an appreciation for what's going on and the confidence to push changes to the user-facing Production environment
* Ability to do basic troubleshooting and maintenance activities- being able to make sure the systems are operating normally and possibly installing updates to fix any issues
* Ability to manage and coordinate changes - with multiple content developers working on a project, deployments should be coordinated so that everyone's work is at the appropriate stage
