Responsibilities:


• Deliver strong and sustainable YOY growth for C&G by exceeding defined monthly targets for revenue growth and new business.

• Manage, retain and grow existing customer revenue partnerships by leveraging an advanced relationship building skill set.

• Identify and create new business partnerships through a daily prospecting plan, while maintaining a healthy sales prospect funnel and a detailed targeted account list.

• Prepare clear and compelling advertising options by conducting pre-call research activity.

• Deliver compelling sales call presentations to introduce C&G Newspapers partnership benefits and value propositions.

• Work closely with graphics and pagination to ensure schedules are delivered error-free, and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.


Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with targeted account selling, solution selling and/or consultative sales techniques.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace.

• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Engaging and highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that cultivate and grow lasting business relationships both internally and externally.


Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
