Executive Director : Experimentation and Insights
Experimentation is a key part in driving Personalization for Sales CDO, it's the core aspect for business signals. The Experimentation Lead will focus on conducting rigorously designed, time sensitive and practical experiments to produce client personalization products for the Sales organization. Experiments will be conducted in a phased approach with past learnings, insights, metrics, user experience and A/B testing to make decisions for products and clients.
The Experimentation Lead will partner closely with the business, quantitative research, data science, and technology teams to bring more speed, rigor, and nuance to the design, evaluation, and scaling of new programs and initiatives. In this highly visible role, the Experimentation lead will interact frequently with senior leaders and work closely with a large number of highly engaged stakeholders across the Sales organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead a team to deliver on the end to end process of Experimentation for the Sales CDO:
Owns end to end process of experimentation, including creating, prioritizing, and executing use cases as well as measuring the impact
Manages the strategic planning of current and future projects in pipeline and applies discipline to projects to deliver on practical timelines
Designs, executes, and measures the results of large-scale experiments in partnership with data scientists
Partner closely with the business, data science, quantitative research and technology teams to scale programs
Provides updates to senior leaders on experimentation projects on a regular cadence
Skills Required:
10+ years in sales, markets, product, strategy or management consulting in the financial industry is preferred
MBA or master's degree is preferred
Experience leading, analyzing and interpreting experiments for business use cases
Experience in organizing, researching, and analyzing client needs, market, user, and competitor data to build right products
Product Management experience including business analysis, market and client research, ownership of project plans and roadmap, and product knowledge
Experience managing large data sets, data and information architecture and modeling
Excellent ability to think creatively and laterally, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve,
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, ability to communicate and influence senior leaders
Strong ability to work across functions and diverse senior stakeholders
Strong interest in contributing to the organization and driving a culture of testing and learning
