Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly
A prestigious Robert Half client in the healthcare industry is in immediate need of a success-driven Customer Service Representative for a 60-90 day contract assignment. This Vista-based role has an opportunity to be a permanent position based on performance in the contract role.
You will play a vital role in helping our client’s Customer Service department achieve their goals. Please see below for the role’s responsibilities and requirements:
- Receiving and placing telephone calls
- Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Monitor, track, quote, negotiate, and ensures contractual compliance for products.
- Manages/resolves multi-task service requests of customers through various access channels of written correspondence, email, chat, fax, and verbal communications.
- Provides correspondence to meet customer needs and supplies daily/weekly/monthly performance report cards as necessary to maintain and retain the customer business levels.
- Collaborates with customers on escalated incidents to analyze and correct unsatisfactory service performance.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- 1+ years' experience in a Customer Service position
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customer
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
