About the Marketing Coordinator position

Allana Buick & Bers is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate Marketing & Business Development team. The ideal Marketing Coordinator will have experience in managing online campaigns and using website and data analytics to support our national sales and marketing strategy.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Marketing Team to grow in-bound lead generation and promote ABB’s image as an industry leader and technical expert

•Compile and analyze various sales reports for management and BD sales personnel.

•Reports on campaign, market data, online activity, etc.

•Assist with preparing various marketing content and collaterals as necessary

•Prepare various RFQ/SOQ packages as necessary in a timely manner and with an eye for detail

•Assist with preparation for and attend various virtual and in-person events (safety permitting)

•Actively manage and grow various contact lists

•Conduct market research and identify trends

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications

•Outstanding skills in communication, presentation and research

•Eye for detail and critical thinking skills

•Familiarity with writing RFP and RFQ documents

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Google AdWords, and web analytics.

•Expert in traditional and digital marketing tools

•Previous, proven work in a similar position, such as Marketing Coordinator.

•BS degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
