RN Clinical Educator
A healthcare organization is seeking a full -time and permanent Remote Clinical Educator to join their team!
* Please note that although remote, this role will require up to 50% travel *
This organization specializes in working with patients who are living with kidney disease. They have a great reputation for improving patient outcomes and improving quality of life by delaying disease progression, shifting care to the home and accelerating kidney transplants.
As the Clinical Educator, you will influence and ensure training of workflows, policies and procedures, and best practices. You will leverage your knowledge as a nurse, nurse practitioner or physician assistant to promote an understanding of the healthcare industry, evidenced-based medicine, and clinical skills to support organizational goals. You will support various learning programs through in-person and remote training.
Responsibilities:'
Develop new hire standards for onboarding and orientation Create and present educational content with a focus on areas that support business objectives such as transitions of care, disease management, case management, fall prevention Organize on-the-job training at multiple sites and, at times, act as a preceptor for new staff Provide training for various electronic medical records and software Design compelling and compelling training for wide audiences and skill levels for both online and instructor-led material Ensure high levels of quality and both stakeholder satisfaction with each encounter Partner with the care team and various primary care physician practices to identify and meet learning needs Travel to various offices to train on various content or reinforce adherence to process
Total Compensation: $95,000 to $110,000 + $10k SIGNON!

Qualifications:
- Covid Vaccination Required
- Active RN, NP or PA Licensure
- 2+ Years of Experience Required
- Experience in clinical education or presenting to small groups is Required
- Experience with Nephrology, Dialysis or Kidney Care Preferred
- Experience with Geriatric Population or Palliative Care Preferred
