Regional Director of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for directing the operations of multiple skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the Cleveland, Ohio region and will achieve specific financial, employee relations, customer service, and clinical objectives through strong leadership and effective management skills.

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • To direct, organize and evaluate facility programs, services, and personnel.
  • To ensure State, Federal, and local Rehabilitation Policies, Procedures, and Patient Care Standards are met in assigned facilities.
  • To serve as a clinical resource when appropriate and participate in routine compliance audits as assigned.
  • To manage new facility start-ups and labor costs within a geographic area.
  • To ensure strong relations within assigned facilities.
  • To review and analyze weekly and/or monthly reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Active LNHA license in the state of OH
  • 5 levels of executive-level experience preferred
  • Strong background in SNF and AL settings in a management role
