Adecco Staffing is assisting a client with hiring a Human Resources Manager in Ballston Spa, NY. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with salary at $66,000.00 per year. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great client!
Duties include:

Recruit, interview, and onboard for all departments

Act as a liaison between associates during conflicts

Prepare and oversee payroll and attendance logs

Cultivate and create a welcoming work environment

Maintain personnel records

Coordinate benefit enrollments and prepare 1099 forms

Provide trainings on corporate policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's in HR, business, or a related field

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask

Proficient computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

Adherence to all company policies

Overtime may be required
