Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all team members
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Island Grill is a fast-casual American Mediterranean concept that has been in business since 2000. We currently have 6 operating locations, soon to be more. We treat our customers like family and we want employees who will do the same.

Sun 8am-4:30pm
