Job Description

Join our team of dedicated Executive Protection Security professionals – lauded by military.com as a top employer in this industry. As an Eagle Eye Residential Security Agent, you will work as part of the Executive Protection team to protect and secure our clients and their property. Residential Security Agents will work 12 hour shifts and must have a Concealed Carry Permit and be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition, have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. This position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Residential Security Agents provide security for the client and their family members whose prominence and profile create a specific risk to them and their home environment. They support the overall mission of the client and their Executive Protection team by providing 24 hour protection of their home and family, access control for vendors and guests, and local surveillance to minimize issues from BOLOs or POIs. They do this through close partnerships with the Executive Protection Agents, Family Detail, trusted vendors, and security experts in the field. This is an on call position.

Job Requirements: We are looking for people with extensive executive protection and security experience (military or law enforcement). Applicants should have excellent oral, written communication skill, analytical ability, and trustworthiness. Executive Protection Residential Security Agents will work 12 hours shifts as needed to support the detail.

What you'll do:

  • Make operational decisions that enhance safety for the principals.
  • Display effective communication with the principals, visitors and other team members.
  • Safeguard the principal/family, and their residence.
  • Maintain and manage security logs.
  • Provide transportation for the principals (upon request).
  • Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects well on Eagle Eye and the client
