Job Description

The HRSS Reporting Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services. Additionally, the HR Reporting Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers and escalate concerns to senior Leadership. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations supporting HR infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an analytical and/or procedural expert, representing a unit or team on cross function operational processes and project deliverables
  • Influence decisions through advice and counsel as well as facilitate services to others in area
  • Review and define requirement and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary
  • Serve as an analytical and/or procedural expert, representing a unit or team on cross function operational processes and project deliverables
  • Liaises with multiple teams across the Operations department
  • Coordinate and contribute to initiatives that support the goals of the Operations function and overall business
  • Provide technical/strategic data direction and act as advisor for stakeholders
  • Provide analytics observation and commentary on relevant reporting
  • Assume informal and formal leadership role within team as well as coach and train new recruits
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Design testing approaches processes, reporting streams, and identify automation of repetitive tasks
  • Develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency


Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of data analysis, requirements, reporting experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in interpreting, gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them to technical audience
  • Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, manage the intake process, and ask the right questions to scope and solve the requests
  • Test and analyze a broad range of systems and applications to ensure they meet or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to connect analytics to business impacts, comfortable presenting to peers and management
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment. Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instruction
  • Analytical, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining HR systems, Workday is a plus
  • Location for this position will be HYBRID at either Tampa or Jacksonville, Florida, or Irving, Texas
