Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes personalized sales strategies

• Oversees, manages & develops team of Inside Sales Reps, CSRs and supervisors

• Analyzes territories' sales potential and quotas

• Creates proposals and bids for new customers and national accounts

• Initiates promotions, trainings and mentoring

• Reviews reporting and analytics with Senior Management

• Develop onboarding and training programs
