Associate Business Process Analyst - Telecommute

Primary Responsibilities:
- End-to-end business process activities- creating, controlling and improving business processes
- Leads a collaborative group of functional leads to document and analyze business processes and make recommendations on how to improve performance and close gaps throughout the enterprise
- Use of pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Conduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements, and constraints (i.e., "as-is" state)
- Define desired future state requirements based on input from all applicable stakeholders
- Maintains and analyzes project schedule and prepares regular status reports for management and key stakeholders
- Documenting and updating changes to workflow, training plans, policies and procedures
- Identify and analyze trends, strategies and tactics to increase the productivity of the medical operations teams to drive positive performance on organizational key performance metrics and improve the customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improved scalability of the organization, including opportunities for increased productivity and reduced costs (e.g., streamlined processes, new roles, workload shift)
- Perform reviews with all stakeholders to obtain approval/sign-off of project requirements documents (e.g., walkthroughs)
- Identify, develop, and present recommendations; implement approved solutions
- Consistently demonstrates and injects their knowledge and abilities to coordinate and add value to projects

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 3+ years of Business analysis experience with tracking, planning projects, and making data-driven analytical decisions
- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree
- Six Sigma/Lean certification
- Healthcare physician practice experience
- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $21.68 to $38.56. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $23.94 to $42.40.
