What You Will Be Doing
As Senior Vice President, Strategy you will be part of the dna leadership team and responsible for leading the strategy for the dna as well as all clients across the agency. This position will play a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of the agency.
You will be responsible for working with client teams and specialty functions across the agency to push work forward, deliver breakthrough programs that capture attention and dive business results. You are also a critical contributor to new business and the development of creative concepts.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for working with client teams and specialty functions across the agency to push work forward, deliver breakthrough programs that capture attention and dive business results. You are also a critical contributor to new business and the development of creative concepts.

- Delivers powerful insight and strategies that helps inspire great creative and activations
- Deep business acumen with the ability to negotiate and define business objectives, and translate them into marketing and comms objectives
- Research aficionado - knows the right types and balance of research to derive insights, validate ideas, prove results
- Can take research and extract key messages
- Demonstrated experience with analytics and analyzing data
- Demonstrated ability to lead and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational functions
- Leadership experience in training, managing and mentoring
- Construct a single narrative, cohesive, business driving plan
- Understanding of consumer journeys and how to best leverage inflection points for impact

Experience Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in advertising/marketing strategy and planning
- Strong corporate marketing strategy experience, including work across highly regulated environments
- Experience in the healthcare sector a plus
