Process Engineer

• Developing assembly process concepts for air conditioning and powertrain cooling modules products.
• Lead, manage, and review product designs and provide feedback.
• Develop assembly line layouts using AutoCAD.
• Manage project budget and timeline to ensure all objectives are achieved.
• Support installation, start up and launch of assembly lines at production location

• 2 or more years of experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering
• Ability to travel 40-70% to company's facilities and OEM suppliers.
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or other 4 year related Technical engineering degree.
• Knowledge of production and assembly operators, end of line testing, automation, and machine issues and plant operations.
• Basic knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Process Flows, Control Plans, Machine Design, and Man-time-machines studies (MTM)
