Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is an exciting and customer focused company with an opening in their Orlando, Florida office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Assisting customers over the phone, data entry and building relationships with current and potential customers. The candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent customer service skills and have experience with Excel.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Working directly with customers and inquiries regarding our company and services.
- Customer interaction via phone, claim platform, and email
- Dispatching assignments to credentialed service providers
- Monitoring assignments and following up with service providers on status
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service experience dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently Great organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Problem solving
Ideal candidate would have:
- Customer service/call center experience-Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment/multi task
- Computer experience -EXCEL is a must
- Phone etiquette
- Detail Oriented (important)
- Motivation!
