Job Description

Mid-size West LA/OC firm seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary with strong knowledge of state and federal court filing rules and procedures, including extensive experience with all forms of e-filing required. Extensive knowledge on formatting briefs, pleadings and other legal documents required.

Applicant must be able to execute attorney assigned tasks quickly and accurately, be highly organized, detailed oriented and have the ability to prioritize assignments. Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of ProLaw and Worldox is not required but is a plus
