Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Report to supervising construction manager, and works in tandem with project management staff
• Lead and manage all subcontractors and vendors on site
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance on site, assist your construction manager and PM team on project planning
• Schedule all necessary cleanouts with PM
• Maintain a safe project site that is to OSHA standards
• Manage job close-out efficiently, on-time, and to client/buyer expectations
• Keep site permits up-to-date, as well as maintaining as-built and current plans, scopes of work and finish schedules on each project site
• Assist with warranty calls related to your projects
• Manage city agency and third-party inspections
• Provide daily logs and progress updates via Buildertrend
• Communicate and assist your construction manager & PM team with weekly schedule updates and any financial updates as it pertains to possible change orders
• Forecast, schedule and coordinate deliveries and material orders with PM team
• Complete critical path and milestone tasks per project(s) schedule as they pertain to your project(s) responsibilities and as assigned by your construction manager
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading projects
• Experience with multi-family, commercial, mixed-use, and/or residential
• Strong communication skills
