CSR Dispatcher

Dispatcher -

Frankfort, IL - We are looking for a Dispatcher with great customer communication skills!

Primary Job Function:

• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
• Provide accounting with current billing information.
• This person will be responsible for answering customer calls for service and dispatching technicians.
• Efficiently rerouting technicians to different areas/calls throughout the day.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dispatching is required
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must pass a drug screen
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
