What's in it for you?

• Payrate: $22/Hr
• Shift: 3:30PM - 2AM
• Full time hours
• Leadership Role
• Temp to perm

What will you be doing?

• Lead and coach teams through solving problems and monitoring of key operating processes
• Ensure that finished product meets customer specifications and expectations.
• Promote and encourage safe working practices.
• Keep track of production, waste, and downtime.
• Conduct daily line audits.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate with employees about their overall job performance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
• Must always display professional behavior.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime
• Must be able to communicate with personnel at all levels.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
