Job Details

• All general maintenance of the facility to include, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, asphalt/tarmac, concrete, hangar doors and sidewalk maintenance
• Hangar floor cleaning and maintenance
• Perform any work necessary to remedy any non-aircraft related mechanical issues
• Maintain facility security standard through effective management of badge and key distribution to all employees and tenants
• Outsource maintenance with third party vendors as needed
• Assist Ground Service Equipment Mechanic as needed
• Quote and manage budget for any Capex projects relating to the property/leasehold

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience
• Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
