Position Overview

At Diligent, we are building the next big software company and all major decisions are driven by data. Since data takes such a prominent role in our success here at Diligent, we are looking for a standout analytics staff for the revenue operations department.

As a revenue operations insights analyst, you will support all levels of Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments globally in data, reporting and business intelligence needs. You will be exposed to many sides of the business and help prepare and develop key reports for stakeholders. You will help wrangle disparate datasets together, sanitize data sets, prepare visualizations, analyze, and tell stories with these results. You will be focused on delivering key insights to departmental leaders and empowering data driven business decisions through a self-service platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create reporting & data visualizations to capture key insights to support company efficiency and growth.
• Maintain and improve upon several of our existing sales data assets
• Help automate and report on new business initiatives
• Deep dive into datasets to help identify, enhance, cleanse, improve, append and optimize data
• Spot potential to improve upon current analytical procedures and tools
• Manage requests and projects in business priority and manage stakeholders expectations from the various leaders in the finance, marketing & sales organizations
• Work with peers to learn analytics best practices and knowledge sharing of
• Mentor junior team members in analytics best practices

Required Experience/Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in an analytics-based role
• Intermediate experience in Excel
• Intermediate experience with business intelligence tools such as Domo, Qlik, Looker or Tableau
• Intermediate experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Reports and Salesforce Dashboards
• Intermediate experience in SQL
• Knowledge of ETL and database design best practices
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• A passion for learning
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with excellent organizational, process management and communication skills, able to handle multiple projects at once
