America's number one growing Acrylic Bath System, Bath Planet of Southern MD is currently recruiting for Independent Sales Representative to sell and work directly with our authorized manufacturer in our Waldorf, Rockville, Germantown, Bowie, Mitchellville, Severn, Annapolis, Upper Marlboro, Greenbelt, Silver Spring, Columbia MD and Fairfax Virginia market.

Our sales reps enjoy the benefits of an advertising program that dominates television, radio and print. This resilient marketing approach produces a wealth of call-in leads. The position requires a high-energy, highly effective, and engaging sales person with a proven track record. Currently seeking several talented professionals with Bathroom Remodeling Sales Experience to add to our top-notch team of Design Consultants. Our Consultants visit with homeowners and assist them with identifying the products that will best fit their desires and needs.

Every Consultant is provided professional paid training, industry leading product samples and ongoing support to assist in closing the sale. Each appointment is 100% PRE-SET and PRE-QUALIFIED.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• In-home sales, outside sales or direct sales experience
• Proven track record of closing sales/one-call closer
• Consultative selling experience
• Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Flexible schedule homeowner appointments may be in the evenings or on Saturdays
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Access to computer, email and fax

Our current sales force is made up of top performers who are highly-compensated and have earning potential of $100,000 and beyond in their first year. We offer a generous compensation package including uncapped bonus and incentive opportunities.
