Architect

Amstadter Architects seek an experience production architect. Our ideal candidate will be capable of taking complex commercial and institutional projects from conceptual design through completion of construction. You must be able to work individually or as part of a team, with minimal supervision, on significant, education, institutional and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work individually or as a team leader
• Produce design presentations, construction and permit documents.
• Act as point of contact for technical issues and project administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from accredited US University.
• Minimum 3 years related experience, professional license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3d visualization and Microsoft programs.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
• Good communication skills.

Compensation:

• Salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated abilities.
• Health Benefits upon completion of probation period.

Hours and Location:

• Flexible hours. Minimum 40 hrs/week, work both in office and remote.
