DevSecOps Program Lead

Overview

i3 is seeking a DevSecOps Program Lead to support i3 in advancing DevSecOps architecture, methodologies and implementations across multiple organizations. The DevSecOps Program Lead will spearhead and foster business growth and development in the DevSecOps space by establishing relationships with new customers, pursue new contract opportunities and provide technical subject matter expertise in IT modernization and innovation methods for Federal Government systems. The DevSecOps Program Lead will be instrumental in customer interactions, planning, organizing, executing and leading technical projects, provide mentorship and resources, and understand customer requirements. The DevSecOps Program Lead will be engaged daily with the Government customers, corporate C-suite and other senior officials at various organizations. A successful DevSecOps Program Lead is responsible for cultivating new levels of effort and new areas of business for the organization and able to capitalize on new efforts. The DevSecOps Program Lead must have a professional, customer centric approach and provide briefs, guidance and mentorship to technical and leadership teams. Candidates for this position must be able to obtain and maintain at a minimum, a United States SECRET level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand and be able to build and integrate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Experience using Lean/Agile/DevSecOps in delivery capacities to address engineering, develop and cybersecurity requirements.

• Experience and in designing, implementing, and managing DevSecOps capabilities in both on-premise and cloud offerings using CI/CD toolsets and automation.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure/office 365 and others.

• API programming and software development experience.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with embedded security.

• Experience working knowledge with microservices and container-based deployments and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, EKS, GKE, Rancher, Nomad).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years experience. Additional experience may substitute for degree.

• Experience with corporate backend functions and processes, Contracts (sub and prime), Finance and Pricing, HR and ER, Recruiting, Legal, BD, Capture, and CTOs.

• Understand Contract Proposal lifecycle and Proficient with various contract types and contract funding strategies.

• Ability to produce ROM costs and forecasts at request from the Government.

• Must have Excellent Customer Service Skills.

• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, presentation, public speaking and organizational skills.

• Strong understanding of DoD Cybersecurity and RMF processes.

• Must have DoD 8570 IA Certification (Security+ CE).

• Able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance or higher.
