Job Description
IMKO Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Painters for a manufacturing company located in Brandon, SD. The ideal candidate would have to be able to attend work daily, have high attention to detail, and have previous manufacturing painting experience.
Requirements of the Painter:
~ High School diploma or GED.
~ Excellent attendance.
~ High attention to detail.
~ Steel-toed shoes are required.
~ Previous manufacturing painting experience is preferred.
~ Able to read instructions, rulers, and all other documents required.
~ Able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
~ Able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities of the Painter:
~ Prepare all items for painting including, sanding, grinding, buffing, filling, etc.
~ Use paint equipment to apply all layers of the painting process.
~ Meet production goals.
~ Operate all required equipment and tools needed to perform the job.
~ Maintain a clean and safe work area.
~ Initiate process improvements when able.
~ Monday - Friday day hours.
~ Pay: $17 - $20/hr DOE
