Food Service Specialist - Jerky at BADLANDS JERKY LLC

Badlands Jerky Llc in Rio Rancho, NM is looking for one food service specialist - jerky to join our team. We are located on 2740 Northern Blv Ne, Ste 103.

NOW HIRING a positive and energetic Jerky Enthusiast who is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a food service setting. This position will require a Food Hander's Certificate.

Job responsibilities include hand-crafting gourmet jerky including slicing meat, following recipes to stage jerky, labeling and packaging products, order fulfillment, shipping, and/or deliveries.

Must be detailed oriented and keep impeccable logs and records.

This position requires working seasonal and special events at offsite retail locations which include set up and break down of booths, loading and unloading products and working the event booth or mobile site(s).

Administrative experience is preferred. Must be proficient in organizing, setting up new accounts, inventory control, and participating in food operations.

Food safety and sanitation are our first priority and maintaining this environment is a must. A Food Handlers Certificate is required to work, which can be obtained upon hire if needed. Background and References will be checked.

This position also requires retail and sales experience and excellent customer service skills are required.

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and able to stand for long periods of time.
