Agile Scrum Master

Position Description
Your future duties and responsibilities
" Guide team members on how to use the Scrum process and Agile practices.
" Lead team members to ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.
" Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide feedback to management, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.
" Lead team members on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
" 7-8 years of experience in managing a scrum team.
" Strong knowledge in Atlassian suite of tools such as Jira, Confluence.
" Strong communication skills .
" Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and coaching at program/portfolio.
" Experience with AWS or other Cloud technologies.
" Proven experience with enhancing Agile processes and developing high-performing Agile teams.
" Experience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high-value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve the desired functionality.
" Background in Project Management.

Certifications:
Scrum Master Certified: CSM and/or CSP-SM

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
