The role:
As and experienced Pavement Consultant you will play an instrumental as you serve our existing and prospective clients. We are looking for EXPERIENCED PAVING SALES PROFESSIONALS who not only excel at building and strengthening relationships with our existing clients (farmer mindset) but also desire to network and create NEW relationships (hunter mindset).
Farmer Vs. Hunter
Selling with a Farmer Mindset (Account Management)
- You will be provided a list of existing clients, contact, and assess their pavement needs.
- Set appointments from company created leads to assess pavement needs.
- Grow existing relationships and take a genuine interest in our clients.
- You will be responsible for measuring parking lots and putting together maps using the latest technology.
- Create high value proposals for pavement repairs.
- Follow up using our CRM and sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.
- Grow relationships through networking in our private A&A Paving NOW Arena Suite with your clients and their families.
Selling with a Hunter Mindset (Business Development)
- Prospect profitable commercial and HOA pavement opportunities within the property management industry.
- Be responsible for driving relationships with NEW business partners.
- Cold calling, attending trade-shows, business luncheons, associations, as well as some after hour networking and dinners.
- You will be responsible for measuring parking lots and putting together maps using the latest technology.
- Create high value proposals for pavement repairs.
- Follow up using our CRM and sell pavement projects throughout the Chicagoland suburbs.
- Invite NEW business opportunities and their families to our private A&A Paving NOW Arena Suite and build relationships.
