Store Manager

We are a family owned & operated business seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead a staff of young adults while promoting teamwork
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, and time well
• Demonstrate strong and clear communication
• Adjust daily schedule to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• Five years of retail management experience with a proven history of driving sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong merchandising skills
• Good with technology and social media
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
