Cabana Server

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a poolside Cabana Server. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience during the Summer on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.

Essential Functions:

• Serve food and drinks to members and guests on our pool deck
• Keeps tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
• Able to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity and integrity
• Work in a team environment

Requirements:

• 1 year of food service experience preferred
• Background in customer service
• Ability to anticipate customer need
