Adecco Search is currently recruiting qualified candidates for multiple direct hire at least(4) Swiss CNC Setup/Operator 2 nd Shift (3p-2a) roles in Colorado Springs, CO for our client, a very reputable global manufacturing company.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working and learning in a machine shop.

Responsibilities for the Swiss CNC Setup/Operator roles in Colorado Springs, CO include:

Sets up and operates CNC Swiss machines.

Produces medical housings in a timely manner in accordance with blueprints, sketches, and work orders with minimal supervision.

Inspects and measures micro parts with general measuring devices and makes machine offset adjustments.

Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma preferred

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of operation and set-up experience on CNC machines

Familiarity with statistical process controls (SPC)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to handle small parts

Able to read and write English

Basic math and the ability to read blueprints and work orders

Good communication skills

Solid troubleshooting skills
