We are looking for Parts Manager to come on to our team and make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone who is willing to grow and learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Manage all parts personnel and oversee their tasks are getting completed
• Work with customers both internal and externalto locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Maintain properobsolescence levels.
• Maintain the Partseye system
• Train and groom staff
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous parts managementexperience a must
• Experience in medium duty multi-line trucks a hugeplus
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Have strong computer skills
• Looking to grow and learn with a company that is rapidly growing
• Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new processes as business dictates
