Erick Ellgren – Allstate Agency, located in Honolulu, HI, has an immediate opening for aremote (must be located in the state of Hawaii), full-time, Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. Weare seeking energetic and hungry individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit tojoin our talented, passionate, and growing sales team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal rolegenerating insurance quotes, closing deals, and winning business. Yourhard work and commitment will be rewarded with competitive compensation, bonusand much more!

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Generate insurance quotes, and close sales.
- Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Establish meaningful relationships and business through personal markets
- Have the ability to complete policy reviews
Qualifications:
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Life & Health insurance license.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Able to influence others.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
