Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. We understand that it takes time to build a business, to develop the proper skills and understanding, and to excel in this field. We provide our new Agency Owners with ongoing training and support on their path to success so we can best serve our customers together.

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will be part of a team that helps our community find the products they need for their security and peace of mind. You will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Advise your clients on the best coverage to secure their families and themselves against financial loss.
  • Actively coach and manage your team to meet your agency's goals.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.


Requirements

  • Must have a willingness to learn and be a self-starter.
  • Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty as well as a Life & Health insurance license.
  • Sales or Customer Service preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
