Production Workers Wanted
Job Description
1st & 2nd Shift Production
Leggett & Platt Berwick is hiring for 1st and 2nd shift production workers. A Factory Production worker will learn how to make carpet padding utilizing tools and machines. We recycle old carpet padding and foam to make new. We grind recycled material and mold into usable foam which we cut to the thickness required by the customer. Overtime and Weekend availability are required.
Benefits available after 90 days, 1 week's vacation earned after 90 days, and Weekly Pay!
No experience is required! You must be detail-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions. Be capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Physical ability to stand entire shift, bend, twist and lift repeatedly. Must be able to work well with others and learn and adhere to all safety and environmental policies. Sit down forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Overtime and some Saturdays required.
