Your Role
The national Business Solutions Expert takes responsibility for Customer Solutions activities in the US for specialized vertical Vinlog, leading to increased customer utilization of Kuehne+Nagel’s Information Solutions, thereby supporting new business as well as improving customer retention. Information Solutions include WexLog order management national implementation, myKN, Business Intelligence and Data Integration. The Business Solution Expert is responsible for managing the overall Vinlog Order Management platform in USA.

Your Responsibilities
- • Manage the Vinlog order management solution from WexLog to USA implementation by offering consultancy services for customer information solutions.
• Run and or support Customer Solutions Projects in line with Kuehne+Nagel’s Solution Consulting and Implementation Methodologies bridged with Vinlog industry norms.
• Obtain customer feedback and ensure correct prioritization of customer specific requirements in the respective area / country and Regional Customer Solutions Community.
• Train and support external and internal customers on solutions and tools to improve overall process and visibility.
• Ensure sufficient focus on information solutions available on "MyKN" for Customers, Business Intelligence, as well as Data Integration.
• Alignment with ISC/CS for Vinlog business activities and best practice understanding.

• Limited however team meetings internal/external clients in USA are expected.

• Proven ability to complete projects and exceed results in an ambiguous work environment.
